Terms and Conditions

1. Sales & Final Purchase

All sales are final. Due to the nature of furniture merchandise, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been placed or delivered, except in cases of manufacturer defect or damage reported in accordance with Section 4.

2. Deposits & Special Orders

A deposit may be required to secure certain orders. Custom and special-order items are non-cancelable and non-refundable once production has begun.

3. Pricing & Availability

Prices, promotions, and availability are subject to change without notice. Display models may vary slightly from delivered products in color, texture, or finish due to lighting, manufacturing variations, or material sourcing.

4. Inspection & Damage Claims

Customers are responsible for inspecting all items at the time of delivery or pickup. Any visible damage or defects must be noted on the delivery receipt or reported within 48 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this period may not be honored.

5. Delivery Policy

Delivery dates are estimates and may be subject to delays beyond our control, including manufacturing timelines, shipping delays, or unforeseen circumstances. Customers must ensure adequate access for delivery. Additional fees may apply for stairs, tight spaces, or redelivery attempts.

6. Financing

Financing options are offered through third-party providers and are subject to approval. Palacios Home Co is not responsible for financing decisions, terms, interest rates, or disputes related to financing agreements.

7. Customer Responsibilities

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure correct measurements, access points, and suitability of furniture prior to purchase. Palacios Home Co is not liable for items that do not fit through doorways, stairwells, elevators, or designated spaces.

8. Warranty

Manufacturer warranties, if applicable, are provided directly by the manufacturer. Palacios Home Co does not provide additional warranties unless explicitly stated in writing at the time of purchase.

9. Limitation of Liability

Palacios Home Co shall not be held liable for incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, inconvenience, or property damage arising from the use or delivery of purchased items.

10. Policy Updates

Palacios Home Co reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will apply to all purchases made after the revision date.

11. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Any canceled or refunded order is subject to a 30% restocking/cancellation fee based on the total purchase price. This fee covers processing, handling, and administrative costs. The remaining balance will be refunded to the original form of payment.

Once an order has been processed or scheduled for delivery, it cannot be canceled without this fee.
